Bevelling of edges

In our manufacturing plant we bevel sheet metal, sections and pipes. Bevelling is precision cutting of sheet metal at a correct angle to properly prepare them to the welding process.

Bevelling concerns in particular thick sheet metal. Our bevelling methods:

Mechanical bevelling - performed manually, with use of manual bevelling machines or milling machines
Thermal bevelling - performed with use of a numerically controlled gas burner or a portable gas sector
Water jet bevelling - performed with use of an adjustable head. This method does not introduce heat to bevelled material
